High hopes for a smooth real estate process quickly turned into frustration with Dumas. The agents were often unresponsive when I needed help, and it became clear that I was just another client to them. Their approach lacked any personal touch, and they failed to make me feel valued as a customer.
Lorsque j’avais rendez-vous, j’ai été choquée de constater que le bureau n’avait même pas répondu au téléphone et que l’agent ne s’était pas présenté. Après avoir perdu une journée entière à attendre, je me suis retrouvée sans réponse ni résolution. Ce manque de professionnalisme a complètement détruit ma confiance dans leur capacité à gérer les transactions.
Pendant deux ans, l’agence Dumas n’a pas tenu ses promesses à plusieurs reprises. Elle m’a assuré que ma maison se vendrait rapidement, mais après l’absence de progrès significatif et les retards constants, il était clair qu’elle manquait de l’expertise nécessaire pour y parvenir. Lorsque j’ai essayé de résilier le contrat, elle n’a cessé de me donner de vagues assurances selon lesquelles elle « ferait quelque chose d’extraordinaire ». J’ai fini par perdre encore plus de temps avec leurs promesses creuses.
Le processus a pris beaucoup plus de temps que prévu et j'ai dû attendre les mises à jour. Il y a eu quelques problèmes de communication, mais dans l'ensemble, les choses ont été faites au final, mais pas aussi efficacement que je l'espérais.
