A scheduled meeting with the Dumas agency ended in total disappointment. I flew in from London to meet with the agent, but upon arrival, the agent was nowhere to be found. After waiting for over an hour and calling the office repeatedly with no response, I gave up. This lack of professionalism is inexcusable.
