They are not professional, I recommend you to avoid this center and their management. We were registered our branch there with a call center services, their secretary receives our client's calls with a vulgar way and our clients were complaining to us that no one answers them or transfers their call, therefore we lost many clients. We had to continue with the contract till the end of it, and when we asked them to send all our mails to our address in Spain, they confirm that they send them and they invoice us but we didn't receive anything. they didn't provide us with any tracking number. many important mails from the tax office were lost (LES IMPOTS).
