AUTOMOTIVE
SaatiFil fabrics are used in many different automotive filter applications including transmission systems, fuel injection systems, gas and diesel fuel filters, anti-lock brake systems, air conditioning systems, headlight venting systems and power steering systems. The automotive industry requires long lasting, high efficiency, low-pressure drop filters.

ACOUSTIC
SaatiFil Acoustex fabrics are designed for acoustical applications requiring consistent performance and excellent dB levels. SaatiFil Acoustex fabrics are precisely woven with polyester monofilament fibers to create uniform mesh openings. SaatiFil Acoustex materials are used in applications such as mobile phones, microphones, speakers, PDA’s, and headphones. SaatiFil Acoustex fabrics are also available with a Hyphobe treatment that provides moisture-repelling characteristics.

COALESCING / SEPARATING
SaatiTech fabrics are used to filter fuel, hydraulic oil, and to separate water from fuel and oil. Precise filtration, high flow rates, fabric strength and durability are key factors in these demanding and critical applications.
